Poster Sans by K-Type is a display grotesque with solid vintage credentials, rooted in the legacy of Ludlow's original mid-century condensed typefaces. It brings that industrial, no-nonsense character to contemporary work without feeling overwrought or like pastiche. For vintage concert posters, bookstore interior signage, retro album cover design, and newspaper mastheads, this family delivers both presence and legibility that genuinely stands out at any scale you need. The character sets have been completely redrawn in version 6, with particular attention paid to spacing and kerning. Details like these prove their value the moment you place type at headline size.

Six distinct weights give you real flexibility in your work: Regular, Bold, Light, and Thin, each accompanied by matching italics. Full Latin Extended-A support ensures broader international language coverage. The Extreme weight takes the condensed concept to its logical limit, offering one of the slimmest usable typefaces if you need to pack more words into constrained horizontal spaces without sacrificing legibility or visual punch.

Get it on Creative Fabrica and add Poster Sans to your toolkit. For print collateral, digital branding, or any project that needs authentic vintage character, this typeface delivers without compromise.
