Modny by Tour de Force Font Foundry is a geometric sans serif with striking contrast between its strokes that manages to feel both refined and friendly. The design sits in that sweet spot where clean lines and careful proportions work together without feeling cold or corporate. Five weights give you flexibility from delicate headlines to bold statements, and the generous x-height keeps everything readable even when you're setting smaller sizes.

What makes Modny particularly useful is its collection of decorative features: eight stylistic sets let you swap in alternates, ligatures connect pairs of letters with grace, and special initials and terminal forms add character without trying too hard. The Inline variant, pulled from the Bold weight, opens up another direction entirely if you want to play with layering and outline effects. With over 600 glyphs included, it covers Latin languages thoroughly, so language support won't be a limitation.

You'll find this family works well for luxury product packaging, editorial magazine spreads, high-end wedding invitations, and boutique beauty brand identities. The contrast between thick and thin strokes gives enough visual interest to stand alone, but the geometric baseline keeps it neutral enough to complement photography or complex layouts. If you want a display sans that doesn't feel trendy or overdesigned, Modny deserves a closer look on Creative Fabrica.
