1 / 8About Yellow Day Font
“Yellow day” is from of an old song by Prince called “Condition of the heart” - back in the days I listened a lot to Prince, but this song I hadn’t heard for years. Anyway, just like other memories and re-listening to older song seems to make me want to name a font after the lyrics, and this is no exception!
I used an inky/blobby pen to draw this font, not really concentrating on making anything look either clean or beautiful - but more like a sloppy and off grid kind of alphabet. A great font for something that needs a naive and happy-go-lucky look.
I have added 4 different versions of each lowercase letter, and they automatically changes as you type - just like magic! :)
