The Zukones is a Halloween display typeface by Alit Design, built on intentionally warped letterforms that capture a creepy, off-kilter aesthetic. The characters feel distorted in just the right way for designs leaning into horror and spooky themes. What makes it stand out is the bundle of 150 Halloween illustrations that come with it, giving you far more design flexibility than a typeface alone.

This works especially well for Halloween party invitations, haunted house promotional materials, and darkly themed social media graphics. Deploy it for magazine spreads, podcast cover art, event flyers, or Etsy product listings featuring spooky merchandise. The typeface contains 663 glyphs total with multiple alternates and OpenType swashes to customize your look. Full language support covers Latin, Western European, Central European, South European, and Vietnamese characters.

To use the alternate glyphs and swashes, you'll want design software with OpenType support such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. If your program lacks a glyphs panel, alternative font files are included for installation. The Zukones works best for creators building spooky seasonal campaigns or dark aesthetic projects.
