Snuggels evokes a playful, geometric mood that feels almost architectural. Designed by Ingrimayne Type, this display font springs from interlocking hexagons and hour-glass shapes that form the letters. The clever bit: two separate character sets that look clumsy by themselves but develop a natural rhythm when mixed. OpenType contextual alternatives handle the switching automatically, so programs that support the feature alternate between the sets as you type. The result is a naturally shifting, textured appearance that commands attention.

This makes it ideal for work where visual movement matters. Think indie music album covers, retro cosmetics branding, board game box design, or bold headlines in zines and independent magazines. The font ships in regular and light weights, giving you options in density and visual impact. Several lowercase letters (D, N, T, W, Y) are also available as stylistic set alternates within Snuggels-Regular if you want to fine-tune specific glyphs. Fair warning: this is a display font through and through. Anything smaller than headline size wastes what makes it special.

Pair Snuggels with a simple, open sans-serif like Futura for body copy to let both fonts work independently. Find Snuggels on Creative Fabrica.
