This brush font carries an unapologetic, kinetic energy that makes text come alive on the page. Russed, designed by Afkari Studio, captures the unpredictability and personality of real paint strokes applied to surface. It translates that tactile quality into a typeface that reads as hand-done rather than digital, giving your layouts an immediacy most fonts can't achieve.

The organic letterforms work beautifully for striking album cover lettering, wine label designs, and those hand-drawn social media graphics that catch the eye without trying too hard. It's equally at home as the headline treatment on vintage concert posters or as eye-catching signage for independent coffee shops and boutique brands looking for something with real character. You'll see the textured, slightly irregular edges work best when they're set large and bold, which makes them ideal for standout headers and logotypes. The letterforms add credibility that clean geometry can't replicate, making each word feel intentional and made by actual hands rather than perfectly consistent algorithms.

Pair Russed with a crisp, modern sans-serif for any body copy or supporting text to keep things legible and grounded. You can grab it on Creative Fabrica when you're ready to bring this kind of handcrafted authenticity to your next project.
