1 / 9About Quite Blue Font
Quite Blue could be a state of mind - being sad or feeling melancholy. But that’s not why I named this font “Quite Blue” - it has something to do with the time of year. In Denmark, February is often a kind of sad month, weather-wise. It’s cold, rainy and the sky is often grey-ish. But the other day, the sky was blue and that often brings a positive vibe to all us Danes! :) We go from complaining about the weather, dreaming of summer, roadrage on both roads and bicyclepaths to saying hello to strangers, pointing out how lovely the weather is and just being full of mental capacity.
Well, I just had to name this handmade, positive vibe, organic looking and energetic (in a simple way) font something related to the beautiful sky - and … the name is also inspired by the lyrics of danish DJ Trentemøllers tune “Moan” :)
