You're designing a luxury jewelry campaign and need a typeface that won't apologize. Othelie, crafted by Creative Media Lab, is a display Gothic with real substance. It offers both regular and line weights, giving you flexibility to layer, contrast, or go bold without reaching for a second family.

This typeface thrives in high-impact contexts. Think gothic wedding invitation suites, vintage tattoo studio signage that honors hand-lettered tradition, luxury boutique packaging that refuses to whisper, and avant-garde album artwork for independent musicians. The extensive alternate characters mean you're not locked into one interpretation of each letter. Swapping letterforms as you design becomes straightforward and exploratory rather than limiting.

At large display sizes, the architecture of the letterforms prevents weight from becoming overwhelming or illegible. Its line version in particular opens entirely new directions for layering and dimensional effects. Finding alternates is simple: use your design software's glyph panel (Window menu in Adobe Photoshop, Type menu in Adobe Illustrator). The combination of two weights plus extensive alternates makes this a rare display face that rewards experimentation and iteration. Find Othelie on Creative Fabrica and let it anchor your next bold design.
