This typeface practically vibrates with retro energy and unabashed playfulness. Mexcellent, by Typodermic Fonts Inc., draws inspiration from the legendary 1968 Mexico City Olympics, channeling that same kinetic spirit into a typeface built for moments when you need design to stop viewers in their tracks.

The real magic lies in the tri-linear structure. Each character exists as three separate strokes that you can color independently, layering them in different hues to craft bold visual effects that feel both vintage and fresh. It's ideal for retro poster design, festival and event branding, vintage record label artwork, and DIY carnival signage where bold personality matters more than elegance. The striping creates movement and visual depth without needing to rely on software effects or filters, giving you complete control over how the type interacts with your color choices and layout.

Language support covers most Latin-based European systems plus African, Pacific, and American scripts, making this viable for global design work. Pair Mexcellent with a clean, modern sans-serif for body text to anchor the visual energy of the display layer while preserving readability where it counts. Get it on Creative Fabrica and start layering.
