1 / 10About Lonely Shore Font
“Lonely Shore” is my mysterious handmade sans font - yes, it is handmade, and yes, it is kinda rugged. But which style fits this font the best? To tell you the truth, I am not even sure myself! :)
The inspiration came to me one day, when scribbling on a squared paper. I was doing random patterns, just to kill time. And suddenly, the shape of an off-grid “s” appeared! The way of the upcoming font was invented: Away with the squared paper, and draw this off-grid squarish font! Well, not all is square - I did make some exceptions in the K, R, V, W, X and Z’s … but that just made things more legible.
In total I added 3 versions of each lowercase letter, and making them change as you type. A really clever way to make your text even more organic and lively!
