La Pica Bonus, designed by Rodrigo Typo, captures the warmth and character of hand-lettered type with a contemporary spin. The typeface trades stiff geometry for organic letterforms that feel genuinely personal, making it ideal for work that needs to stand out without shouting.

This display font expands beyond its original release with a complete lowercase alphabet, multiple weight variations, and a set of decorative dingbats. That combination means you can layer letters and ornaments together for invitation suites that pop, poster compositions with texture, and craft projects that capture genuine personality. The letterforms work particularly well on Etsy product labels where handmade appeal matters most, artisan brand packaging that needs authentic character, and custom signage for independent shops or galleries.

You might stack weights for emphasis on book covers or event announcements, or use the dingbats as dividers and flourishes in product packaging for small businesses. Graphic designers working with indie clients, particularly those building boutique cosmetics branding or handcrafted goods collections, find the informal geometry speaks to their audience better than corporate sans-serifs ever could. La Pica Bonus suits anyone designing work that values character and craft over corporate polish, and you can find it on Creative Fabrica.
