Kilburn strips away the ornament and gets straight to work. Designed by Talbot Type, this condensed Gothic sans-serif delivers the same visual weight and authority that made classics like Franklin Gothic and Trade Gothic industry standards for over a century. What sets Kilburn apart is its contemporary edge: the typeface feels current without abandoning the functional DNA of those historical references, just refined for modern use.

The five weights, ranging from Thin to Black, give you real flexibility for layering text and display within a single project. You'll find Kilburn at home across album cover typography where impact matters most, newspaper and magazine headline treatments that need gravitas, retail window signage and luxury packaging that commands attention without shouting, or vintage-inspired event posters and promotional materials that demand visual presence without unnecessary decoration. Because it works equally well as both text and display, you can push it at large sizes for dramatic headers or pull it back for supportive secondary lines and smaller copy blocks.

This is the font for designers building bold branding systems and art directors working on editorial projects that call for real personality paired with restraint. Pick up Kilburn on Creative Fabrica and add it to your type library.
