Hudson NY Pro, crafted by Andrew Footit, channels bold geometric forms into a display typeface with commanding authority. The letters read with assured presence and clean proportions that work equally well at large scale or squeezed tighter.

The Pro Edition fulfilled long-standing requests from designers for more flexibility. You get three core styles (Regular, Serif, and Slab) with six weights each plus italics, so you're not locked into one mood. Small caps, stylistic alternates, and glyph variants let you adjust texture and personality without abandoning the family. That breadth makes it genuinely useful for sports sponsorship packaging, craft beverage bottle labels, and entertainment event branding where you need to scale intensity without losing character.

The refresh removed earlier press weights that rarely saw use, streamlining the family toward what actually works in modern design. What you're left with is a display workhorse: confident letterforms, genuine style options, and nothing redundant. If your projects land in entertainment promotion, luxury beverage design, or high-impact signage, Hudson NY Pro gives you the kind of control that keeps work cohesive without feeling monotonous.
