1 / 7About Groenland Font
Groenland is the Dutch name for Greenland. It means exactly that: Green Land. In Danish it is called Grønland (Green Land) and in Greenlandic it is called Kalaallit Nunaat, which translates as ‘land of the Greenlanders’. I guess the Greenlanders are right!
I haven’t visited Greenland, but I would love to! Maybe somewhere in the near future.
Groenland is a hand painted font. It is fat, eroded, very clear and easy to read. Use it for your posters, your websites and your product packaging. Or a sign that reads ‘Not for sale’.. ;-)
Groenland comes with extensive language support and a set of automatically rotating alternates.
