FTYOverKillHammeredNC is a display typeface designed by James Stirling and Mike Adkins that brings bold, impact-driven character to headlines and prominent text. The name itself suggests an aggressive personality, and the design delivers exactly that: a font built for situations where subtlety takes a back seat to presence. With 473 glyphs supporting 289+ Latin-based languages, it provides broad language coverage for Western markets. This is a typeface built for work that needs to command attention rather than whisper politely.

Consider sports event posters, gym and fitness studio signage, athletic apparel design, and esports team branding contexts where maximum visual impact drives the message. The typeface works particularly well in larger sizes and on high-contrast backgrounds, cutting through the noise on social media, print materials, and merchandise graphics. Its aggressive personality matches the energy of sports and fitness work where subtlety would completely miss the mark.

For personal projects, this font is free to use; commercial applications require licensing directly from the designer. Choose it when standard display options feel too safe and you need something with noticeably more attitude for athletic or high-energy branding.
