1 / 6About Fiets Font
Fiets is Dutch for bicycle. The origin of this word is unknown, but it has been part of the Dutch language since 1870. The Dutch love their bicycles and we ride them just about anywhere! My family and I are going on a bike-trip in the UK this summer, so I just had to name this font Fiets!
Fiets is a handmade font - I used a Japanese brush-pen and a ‘gaussian blur’ overhaul to create the glyphs.
Fiets comes with a set of auto-cycling alternates and extensive language support.
