Demotte by Ingrimayne Type is a geometric display face constructed from triangular wedges and circular shapes that combine into two distinct orientations. The first version positions triangles pointing upward, creating letters weighted heavily toward the base, while the alternate flips this visual tension completely by pointing the wedges downward for a distinctly top-heavy effect. Having both options accessible in the same file means you can shift between them to change mood and visual balance without needing to purchase separate typeface files.

This typeface shines in contexts where geometric structure needs to feel considered and intentional rather than cold or purely sterile. Think geometric poster series, game interface typography, experimental album cover layouts, and streetwear graphics where the blocky construction reads as playful rather than technically rigid. The wedge-based forms also work well for skateboard deck lettering, vintage-inspired product packaging, bold editorial headlines, and retro branding where you want raw geometric visual energy to dominate the composition and draw immediate attention.

The dual-orientation design means you're never locked into a single direction or mood. You can layer both versions together for striking contrast, or choose whichever orientation best suits your particular layout and concept.
