Cerco DEMO Black is a display typeface in italic, designed by Jörn Oelsner. The font features a thick, bold character with substantial stroke weight that commands attention in any layout.

This typeface works particularly well for headlines on music album covers, branding and logotypes where weight and presence matter, poster designs needing visual impact, and social media graphics designed to capture attention instantly. The italic construction adds a forward-leaning dynamism to the form, making it especially suitable for contemporary design work that wants both authority and movement. With 528 glyphs available and support for 301+ languages including Latin-based scripts, Cerco DEMO Black delivers genuine international reach alongside its commanding presence. The thickness and italic angle combine to create a typeface that performs at the scale where display fonts belong, bringing substance to layouts that call for bold expression.

Available free for personal use through the demo version hosted on this page, though commercial licensing requires contacting the designer directly. Choose Cerco DEMO Black when you need a thick italic display face that carries weight and works across multiple languages, rather than reaching for a standard sans-serif that sits quietly in the background.
