Blendix - Mix and Match Edition for ProfessIonal Designers.
We decided to take on this experimental yet radical challenge for a mix-and-match pairing that requires artistic creativity and software precision.
To reduce the unfamiliar feeling caused by pairing, the geometric sans and display serif were mixed, the vertical metrics were unified, and the contrast of the glyphs was adjusted.
And, through the transformation of the glyphs, the opportunities for designers to choose were expanded, and the kerning for the 21 ligatures was also refined.
