I have felt so proud of my home state for standing tall vs. fascism. So I was inspired to create a font based on the letters on the California flag.

On first look, BEARHUG might appear to be your everyday tall, bold sans, but there’s unique twists like the flair in the leg of the R and softly rounded corners. Bearhug includes complete numbers, punctuation, characters for 223 languages (because we speak ‘em all here), and of course the star!
