Picture yourself designing a vintage concert poster or retro merchandise line: that's where assox Typeface from Alit Design shines. Built on authentic 1970s design sensibilities, this display font brings warmth and genuine character to projects that actively reject corporate polish and sterility. It's playful without being childish, nostalgic without feeling dated, and oddly enough, it sticks with you visually in a way that screams originality and authentic personality.

The font performs beautifully across applications that embrace retro and vintage aesthetics. Vinyl record sleeve designs benefit from its character, as do vintage clothing brand hangtags, craft brewery label systems, and throwback social media campaigns that need visual attitude. Musicians and independent designers have gravitated toward it for gig posters and band merchandise that requires real personality without winking irony. What makes assox particularly useful is how it maintains legibility even at display sizes, so your headlines deliver impact whether they're printed large or scaled down for digital work.

Because it leans into unconventional letterforms and offbeat spacing, it's especially strong for brands and projects that position themselves intentionally outside mainstream design trends. The display weight handles everything from headline work to standalone logotype applications. Find assox on Creative Fabrica and bring that genuine 70s spirit into your collection.
