ADD feels lean and intentional, the kind of typeface designed for statements that demand clarity without decoration. Sea Types created this display font with restraint at its core, giving you a sharp tool for text that needs impact through sheer simplicity. The clean geometry keeps every letterform pulling its weight in your layout, with no unnecessary curves or flourishes to distract from the message.

This is where ADD shines: luxury branding work like high-end skincare logos and jewelry packaging marks, editorial design like fashion magazine mastheads and art publication headers, upscale product labels like wine bottle text and artisanal tea packaging, and short-form signage like gallery wall annotations and boutique storefront names. Because the structure is so stripped down, the typeface holds legibility even at smaller scales, which means it works beautifully for wedding invitation suites and professional event cards where restraint reads as genuine sophistication rather than an accident of design.

The minimalist approach gives ADD real versatility within its focused scope. Pair it with a warm, legible sans-serif like Inter or Soho Gothic for any longer body text, and the visual contrast will feel earned rather than forced.
