This typeface practically hums with playfulness and warmth. Ice Cream, designed by Positype, originated from an abandoned concept for food packaging that was too charming and complete to leave unfinished. The letterforms curve and dance with real personality, their flourishes expressive yet surprisingly controlled. Despite all that exuberance, every letter stays readable and functional, balancing visual impact with genuine legibility.

The typeface thrives in contexts where approachability and personality matter most. Bakery shop signage and ice cream parlor menus naturally embrace its character. Custom dessert labels and boutique product packaging feel equally right, as do hand-lettered greeting cards and children's book titles. Look to it for candy shop branding, craft fair labels, personalized cake box designs, and small-batch confectionery packaging, spaces where a brand wants to signal warmth and fun without coming across as unprofessional or chaotic. The underlying structure keeps everything grounded no matter how much the curves swoon and flourish.

Pair Ice Cream with a restrained geometric sans-serif for body text and navigation elements, creating visual hierarchy while maintaining warmth. The contrast between playful display and clean supporting text creates a cohesive, intentional look. You'll find Ice Cream on Creative Fabrica, ready to bring character and personality to your next project.
