Amanet is a dingbat collection rooted in classical ornamentation, with decorative forms that sit somewhere between vintage flourish and functional symbol. Designed by Tour de Force Font Foundry, the typeface arrives in Regular weight alongside matching Borders components, giving designers a full toolkit for layering decorative elements into cohesive compositions. What sets it apart is its legibility even when scaled down, which keeps these ornamental marks from becoming muddy or illegible when printed small or placed tight against other typography.

This practical approach to ornamentation makes Amanet surprisingly useful for work that might otherwise lean too heavily into purely decorative territory. Label and sticker designs benefit from its period character without sacrificing clarity, while boutique packaging and wedding invitation suites gain that handmade, craft-oriented quality without tipping into amateurism. DIY signage and hand-lettered branding projects also work well with its readable ornamental vocabulary. Beyond decoration, the type works as a genuine typographic voice for heritage or vintage-leaning brands. The name itself draws from an archaic Serbian word for legacy, anchoring the typeface in its own cultural and design heritage.

Typographers and brand designers working with vintage themes or historical reference points will find this collection straightforward to weave into their work, and it's available now on Creative Fabrica.
