Picture yourself designing an upscale boutique identity where hand-drawn elegance matters, and you reach for Alfons by Fenotype. This collection of 38 display fonts gives you everything from luxury packaging labels to custom wedding invitation suites without hunting for a second typeface. Eight subfamilies (Script, Display, Sans, Condensed, Serif, Slab, and Tiki) each bring their own personality while maintaining a cohesive design language.

The script family is where Alfons really sings. Eight weights span from extra thin to black, letting you dial in the exact visual impact you need. Each weight includes two printed versions with intentionally softened, blurred edges that add tactile warmth to indie publication headers and handmade-feel branding. Swap in Swash, Stylistic, or Titling Alternates for more flowing, expressive letterforms. Standard Ligatures keep the rhythm natural, and Tiki features interlocking ligatures for additional texture. Every alternate lives in OpenType for easy access in compatible programs.

The script comes with its own set of ornaments, and Alfons Extras adds pictograms and catchwords to round out your toolkit. With extensive alternates throughout, you'll find the exact letterform you need, whether that's a tight or loose layout. Grab the collection on Creative Fabrica and discover how well these eight subfamilies work together across your projects.
