Directional hands that point and gesture feel immediately helpful and purposeful. XSimpleHands by Ingrimayne Type is a dingbat font built on this principle, offering hands pointing upward, downward, and at diagonal angles to give you directional variety with a straightforward, uncluttered aesthetic. The simplified approach means each hand variation stays legible and clear whether you use them large for display work or small for labels and annotations.

These hands work particularly well for game board instruction sheets where players need visual cues to navigate rules accurately, recipe card annotations where hands gesture toward specific ingredients or sequential steps, boutique packaging labels with directional elements that guide the eye, and scrapbooking designs where hands add playful visual guidance to your layouts. Since the hands are pared down to their essential forms, they integrate naturally with photography, illustrations, and other design elements without competing visually or cluttering your composition. You get practical pointing in multiple directions without the heaviness of more elaborate hand designs.

Pair XSimpleHands with a simple, modern sans-serif for surrounding body text to keep focus on your directional elements. Grab it from Creative Fabrica and let these versatile hands guide your audience exactly where you need them to look.
