This is a wonderfully modular collection of ornamental borders and frames. XRoomingHouse, created by Ingrimayne Type, brings together hundreds of picture elements specifically designed to connect and combine into decorative borders or frames you can fully customize. The collection is intentionally eclectic rather than unified in aesthetic, which means you get authentic variety across the entire typeface. Minor refinements made in 2018 expanded the frame-building sets, making it easier to assemble cohesive decorative boundaries that feel intentional and complete.

The variety makes it ideal for vintage wedding invitation design, scrapbook page borders, DIY greeting card corners, and bookbinding endpaper accents. You can work within a single visual style found within the collection, or blend elements across different moods depending on what your project calls for. Because every picture element connects with every other element, you have real freedom to experiment and mix until you land on exactly what you want. The playful eclectic nature keeps designs from feeling either too formal or too rigid.

Pair XRoomingHouse with a neutral serif like Garamond or a clean sans-serif for any text elements layered on top. You'll find it on Creative Fabrica, ready to bring genuine character and intention to your decorative work.
