Wind by ParaType is a bold display typeface designed to capture attention without compromise. Alexander Tarbeev developed it in 1995, drawing on foundational typeface design principles that result in genuine structural presence on the page. The font handles high-impact brand headlines, luxury packaging design, music and event posters, and full-spread magazine layouts with equal confidence. Its scale and weight make visual hierarchy immediate, but what truly sets Wind apart is how the letterforms maintain legibility and individual character even when pushed to very large sizes.

The individual strokes display a directness that prevents the typeface from feeling overwrought or purely decorative. Wind functions equally well for short, punchy copy and longer display text blocks. Designers and advertising teams choose typefaces like this precisely when competing for visual attention matters most, whether in print campaigns, bold editorial spreads, signage applications, or anywhere else a design needs to command genuine presence. There's no wasted line weight or unnecessary flourish. Every individual stroke in Wind's construction serves a clear purpose.

The typeface is built for projects that demand real visual impact. Add Wind to your collection on Creative Fabrica and watch it perform on your next design project.
