1 / 6About Street Party JNL Font
In 2002, a unique font from Ray Larabie called Bomr emerged, inspired by the dynamic energy of graffiti art. While it presented an innovative approach, it awaited its full potential to be unlocked. Fast forward to 2022, when a treasure trove of creative font ‘seeds’ (including Bomr) was generously released into the public domain, inviting a new era of artistic reinvention.
Embracing this spirit of transformation, Jeff Levine Fonts decided to refine and rejuvenate Bomr. The original design was enhanced to boast rounded corners as a softer, more functional typeface. The characters underwent a unification in height and appearance, with some being completely redrawn to ensure a cohesive look.
This fresh interpretation of Bomr is a testament to the collaborative and ever-evolving world of type design.
Now known as Street Party JNL, this free-form, playful and adventurous font is now available in both regular and oblique versions.
