Picture yourself designing a wedding invitation suite or vintage vinyl cover art and needing type that feels authentically hand-drawn but completely polished and professional. Picky Retro, created by Berkah Shop, is a handwritten display font specifically designed to deliver exactly that feeling. With its relaxed marker-like quality and inherently sporty character, it brings genuine warmth and personality to any project without ever looking amateurish or unrefined.

This typeface shines on premium candle labels for indie brands, vintage greeting card collections, lookbook headers for boutique fashion labels, and podcast cover artwork. It strikes the rare balance of feeling genuinely casual while remaining refined enough for luxury branding. The marker-like quality feels inviting without compromising the professional polish that serious brands need. These letterforms feel organic and approachable, never sterile.

The marker-drawn letterforms remain crisp and legible at small sizes for delicate packaging and at large sizes for bold headlines. Each character has been thoughtfully designed to maintain consistency while keeping that sketched, human feel fully alive throughout the design. Slightly imperfect edges actually enhance the authentic quality rather than compromising polish. Find Picky Retro on Creative Fabrica and bring genuine handmade warmth to your next branding project.
