Palmilla, designed by Rodrigo Typo, brings an energetic, hand-drawn quality to sans-serif typography. The letterforms have a gestural fluidity that feels playful without sacrificing legibility, making it immediately appealing for contexts where warmth and personality matter. What sets it apart is the comprehensive package: seven weights spanning thin to black, so you can dial in the exact visual weight you need, paired with a full set of dingbats that extend the creative possibilities. Beyond the weights, you get ligatures and alternate characters built in, giving you flexibility when setting type that needs a bit of personality.

This is the kind of font that shines in children's picture books, casual branding for independent shops, playful packaging for artisan goods, and DIY craft signage. The gestural quality reads naturally at display sizes while remaining clear enough for body text in informal contexts. You'll find it equally at home setting headlines for a quirky children's magazine, creating labels for handmade product lines, or designing social media graphics with personality. Its versatility means you can scale it from punchy social media posts to print projects without losing character.

The font suits designers and makers looking to add personality without pretense. Get it on Creative Fabrica to start building something that feels authentically human.
