Imagine laying out an elegant suite of wedding invitations and discovering you need a typeface that feels genuinely handwritten but still maintains real refinement. Metric, designed by GiaLetter, strikes exactly that balance with a natural, organic baseline that shifts slightly from letter to letter, giving each word a living, breathing quality. It works equally well on formal stationery and creative side projects, scaling cleanly from tiny details all the way to prominent display use.

The varied baseline and hand-drawn construction matter more than you might think. This is what gives it real character when you're setting greeting card designs, monogram graphics, boutique gift labels, and custom nursery wall art. It reads as authentic craftsmanship rather than something pulled from a template. PUA encoding means all the glyphs and swashes are available right from the start, so alternate characters and extras are there without you having to dig through menus or hunt for what you need.

The font scales beautifully across sizes, from small etched details on packaging and stickers to large headline treatments without losing its handmade charm. Add Metric to your Creative Fabrica library and bring that handcrafted warmth to wedding invitations, cards, branding, or whatever you're creating next.
