1 / 5About Henriette Font
The new type family of the Viennese foundry Typejockeys is available in 30 weights and so provides a great number of possible applications. Classy, elegant and sophisticated, as well as playful and a little knobbly. Perfect for headlines, logotypes, but also copytexts.
Basis for the alphabet were the letters of Vienna’s street signs. But Henriette is not a simple digitization, rather it is a reinterpretation of 16 different styles, you can find on the white-on-blue enamel plates today.
All Roman and all Italic weights each offer the same character set and features throughout the width spectrum – Normal, Condensed, Compressed. This gives even more flexibity to you, when it comes to fitting a headline or creating an awesome logotype. The Romans come with Small Caps. The Italics with Swash Caps. All weights provide ligatures, contextual substitutes and several figure styles. A wide range of languages is supported throughout.
Very nice: Every purchased Henriette license comes with a special frames font. Easy to use – a joy for the modern designer of these days. Henriette Black is available as a free download!
