Gunfjaun Runic is a variant of Elder Futhark. It is named after Gunfjaun, one of the sons of Tjelvar, who was the legendary founder of Gotland. Gotland is an island in the Baltic Sea, where the Kylver Stone was found, on which featured the Elder Futharl rune script.
