There's something intimate about this typeface, like someone sat down and wrote it just for you. Lagerto, designed by Katie Holland, captures that handmade feeling in a light, graceful script that reads cleanly at almost any size.

This script thrives in wedding stationery suites and engagement announcements where elegance matters without feeling overwrought. You'll find it works beautifully on Etsy product labels for artisanal goods, hand-lettered recipe cards, personal journal spreads, and scrapbook layouts where personality trumps polish every time. The handwritten character reads cleanly even at smaller sizes, making it ideal for greeting cards, personalized gift tags, and custom packaging that needs to feel made by someone's hand rather than a machine. Boutique beauty brands and small coffee shops layer scripts like this into menus, product cards, and packaging labels to signal quality and care to their customers.

Pair Lagerto with a clean sans-serif for body text if you need to combine the styles in a larger layout or design. The contrast between flowing script and rigid sans keeps designs balanced and prevents readability from suffering in the process. Grab it on Creative Fabrica and start building work that carries genuine handwritten warmth into everything you design and create.
