Hintdake by Edignwn Type is a blackletter collection built for designers comfortable with heavy, expressive typefaces that demand attention. The set includes three distinct styles (regular, rough, and stamp) that each bring their own personality and can be mixed within a single project for layered visual interest. You'll find real use for this when designing tattoo studio branding, vintage band merch, gothic wedding invitations, and speakeasy signage where that dense, inky weight communicates edge and authenticity. The rough variant introduces intentional texture and irregularity that keeps things from feeling sterile, while the stamp style hits that hand-carved aesthetic that reads personal rather than machine-produced.

Beyond the primary blackletter styles, the bundle includes a matching sans serif version plus 26 bonus tattoo illustration glyphs that work both as standalone design elements and as decorative marks layered throughout your layouts. All typefaces support multilingual character sets with PUA encoding, and you get both TTF and OTF formats so you can work in whichever software suits your workflow best. That's eight fonts total in the collection, which gives you real flexibility across different design scenarios without needing to constantly switch typeface families or hunt for complementary options.
