Edna is a slab-serif with a distinctly retro sensibility. Designed by moonlight craft, this typeface balances a chunky, geometric bone structure with surprising personality and warmth. The letterforms carry real weight, commanding attention on headlines and display work, yet the proportions feel approachable rather than heavy-handed or severe.

The font works particularly well for vintage record label designs, craft brewery branding, and restaurant menus where warmth matters more than corporate neutrality. Its blocky rhythm also suits editorial headers, product packaging for artisanal goods, and independent publishing projects that need strong character. Book cover lettering benefits from Edna's confident stance, as does custom retail signage and band naming. On logos, it carries enough personality to anchor the mark without needing extra ornamentation or unnecessary decoration. For designers who favor mid-century or retro sensibilities, Edna integrates well into any brand system, from complete identities to single display pieces. The weight and proportion make it work equally well at large sizes and smaller headline settings.

Edna suits anyone building visual systems with vintage or retro leanings, or crafting display work that needs real attitude. It feels intentional rather than default, which matters when every typeface choice shapes how your audience perceives the work. Pick it up from Creative Fabrica and add it to your collection.
