Corner Deli by Fenotype is a layered type system built on the visual language of vintage American commercial signage. The design pairs script and sans letterforms to create dimensional, eye-catching display type that grabs attention. The system includes three base fonts with four distinct layer styles available for each one, letting you stack different weights and colors to build genuine depth and movement on the page. Extra swash endings available for the script weight give you additional personality options if you want to lean into the theatrical, expressive side of things.

This typeface really sings on custom labels for artisan food brands and small-batch producers looking to stand out. It works equally well for vintage-inspired wedding invitation suites, restaurant menus that need real character, and retro storefront signage. Packaging design where personality matters, vinyl lettering projects, and decorative event signage all benefit from what the layering system can do.

The typeface holds its own without the layers too, so you have the option to dial things back depending on what the brief calls for. Designing for print or digital, the system gives you real flexibility to explore different approaches. Grab Corner Deli on Creative Fabrica and discover how the layers transform your next project.
