Thomys Slab by imoodev is a geometric slab serif that channels pure 90s energy authentically, without veering into pastiche or irony. Built on a clean geometric framework with thick, confident serifs and curves that carry very distinctive personality, it manages to feel both bold and genuinely approachable. The exaggerated proportions give each letterform the kind of impact that registers across any crowded room.

This typeface excels when projects specifically call for strong retro character with real substance and style: vintage band merchandise graphics, craft brewery label designs, indie bookstore window signage, and college team uniform lettering all benefit from its chunky confidence. Restaurant menus, event posters, edgy branding identities, album artwork, and packaging that taps into nostalgia without winking also find their home with this typeface. The letterforms have enough personality to feel alive without sacrificing legibility, making it effective for setting headlines, display compositions, or any context where type needs to command attention.

Thomys Slab works best for designers who want their typeface to have real opinions and personality that actually register and mean something. It's a confident font that leans in rather than holds back. Pick it up on Creative Fabrica and bring some 90s optimism and energy back into your design work.
