Rubish by meizzalunadesign is a rounded slab serif that balances weight and warmth in equal measure. The rounded letterforms give it a contemporary feel while retaining that substantial, confident presence you'd expect from a serif. This is the kind of typeface you reach for when you want elegance without severity, personality without noise.

Think of it for luxury cosmetics packaging, vintage-inspired haircut salon signage, wedding invitation suites, or podcast cover artwork where you want something both refined and approachable. The typeface carries enough distinctive character to work as a standalone branding element, yet remains readable in smaller sizes on product labels and digital social graphics. Its rounded serifs soften what could feel corporate, which makes it especially effective for lifestyle brands that don't want to come across as stiff or impersonal.

Photographers and art directors often gravitate toward typefaces like this for editorial layouts, fine art project titles, and vintage brand identities. The letterforms feel at home on everything from high-end product photography watermarks to retro diner menus. Rubish is the kind of font that quietly becomes indispensable once you start using it.
