Room by hai hai is a bold slab serif typeface that commands attention without sacrificing readability. The sturdy letterforms and confident weight make it work equally well as a display typeface for strong headlines or as a substantial anchor in branding systems. This typeface feels equally at home on a restaurant menu, a coffee shop window sign, or gracing the cover of an indie magazine.

The geometric structure gives Room a contemporary sensibility that resists slipping into trendy territory. It handles short bursts of text with real visual impact, and those chunky serifs add character that's both distinctive and approachable to readers. You'll find this font shines for editorial identities and mastheads, apparel labels and tags, event posters for gallery openings or music venues, and product packaging where you need visual presence and personality. The clean lines ensure legibility holds up even at smaller sizes, making the typeface practical and versatile despite its inherently bold personality. Room balances confidence with warmth in a way that few typefaces achieve, giving your work both strength and genuine humanity.

Get Room from Creative Fabrica and put it to work on a project that deserves a typeface with real character.
