Imagine designing a vintage apothecary label or a craft brewery's identity system. That's where Ristaga, designed by Gatype, finds its moment. This old-school script sits comfortably alongside heavier, grittier typefaces, creating visual contrast without fighting for attention. It works well for artisan product labels, handmade cosmetics packaging, event stationery like save-the-dates and wedding menus, and logo designs that need a touch of established character. The script's flowing forms read clearly even at smaller sizes, which matters when space is tight.

Ristaga comes loaded with OpenType stylistic alternatives, giving you multiple versions of letterforms to mix and match within a single word. Western language support covers most of your bases, making it accessible across Europe and beyond. The font supports Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw X6 and later, and Microsoft Word 2010 and newer, so you're covered whether you work in dedicated design software or need quick mockups in standard office tools.

The real strength here is flexibility. Pair this with a sturdy sans-serif or geometric display face to balance it out, or let it anchor a more delicate layout. Those OpenType alternates mean you're not locked into one letter shape, and at display sizes especially, each character shows its hand-drawn personality without looking cartoonish. Grab Ristaga on Creative Fabrica and get started on designs that feel intentional and grounded.
