About NEWSREEL HEADLINE JNL Font

The August 28, 1934 issue of “The Film Daily” carried an ad for Pathé News, one of the major suppliers of newsreels to theaters at the time.

The headline text for the ad was hand lettered in an extra bold Art Deco thick-and-thin style with squared characters and rounded corners.
