About Lilex Duo Font

The mood here is calm and technical. Lilex Duo is a sans-serif from Mike Abbink, Paul van der Laan, Pieter van Rosmalen and Mikhael Khrustik, released through the Mikhael Khrustik foundry. The main file is the Regular, the weight you will set body text and interface labels in.

Ten files come with the family, so you get multiple weights and styles instead of one static cut. That helps when a section header needs more weight and the paragraph under it stays Regular, with no second typeface involved. Language support reaches 404 or more Latin-based languages, which covers the diacritics that tend to go missing in a free sans once a translation pass starts. The files sit on GitHub under the mishamyrt account, as open source type usually does.

It fits developer documentation sites, open source project landing pages, SaaS dashboard UI labels, and changelog pages where dense text has to hold up at small sizes. A docs theme can pull a heavier file for headers and leave the Regular to carry the prose. For a technical product site or the documentation of a code project, set this as the base sans and move on to other problems.
