Layfort by Identity Letters is a contrasted sans-serif that draws strength from industrial geometry while keeping Art Deco's inherent elegance. Built on old-style proportions, it refuses the sterile uniformity of modern sans faces. Varying letter widths create genuine texture and visual momentum across any line, whether you're setting headlines or body text. The true italics are measurably narrower than the regular weights, which adds another layer of design flexibility. It's genuinely rare to find a sans this structured that still radiates warmth and personality.

This typeface solves a specific design problem: where do you go when you need both refinement and character? Fashion brands and luxury labels reach for it to set a sophisticated tone; design studios use it for editorial spreads, book design, and art direction where texture matters more than neutrality. You'll find it equally effective on high-end restaurant menus, jewelry packaging, boutique retail signage, and luxury hospitality environments. With 16 styles and 750 glyphs in the family, Layfort handles everything from intricate typographic hierarchies to multilingual publications. The stylistic alternates include decorative round dots (SS09) that add even more creative range.
