Kemplu is a handwritten script typeface by Mightyfire that brings an approachable, casual aesthetic to design work. With its flowing letterforms characteristic of script fonts, it captures the charm of pen-and-ink lettering while maintaining the accessibility of a digital typeface. The typeface includes 99 glyphs and supports 197+ Latin-based languages, opening it up for international use while preserving its handmade character throughout.

This font suits contexts where handwritten authenticity matters most. Wedding invitations, birthday card designs, social media graphics, and DIY craft labels all benefit from Kemplu's warm aesthetic. Designers frequently choose it for etsy shop headers, gift tag lettering, greeting card layouts, blog titles, and other projects seeking that made-by-hand quality. Script typefaces bring personality and human warmth to typography in ways that geometric or corporate typefaces simply cannot match. When paired with other design elements or given prominence on its own, the handwritten style ensures authentic character in any application.

Kemplu is available as a free download from this page; review the licence terms shown on the page before use. This font works best for projects that call for handcrafted character rather than formal business or technical styling.
