Picture a greeting card designer preparing a suite of Day of the Dead invitations or holiday materials for a Latin American brand. That's where Itze, a color font created by yai.salinas, becomes invaluable. This decorative typeface draws directly from Mexican cultural elements, with built-in color and ornamental detail that would otherwise require layering multiple files or hand-illustrating accents. It arrives in three versions: a vibrant Color variant, plus Regular and Light weights for more restrained applications where you need type without decoration.

Built as an OpenType-SVG color font, Itze works across PhotoShop, Illustrator, Silhouette, and Inkscape, covering most professional workflows. You'll find it especially useful for culturally-informed event invitations, ethnic craft packaging labels, vibrant social media graphics targeting Latin American audiences, and custom greeting card suites where immediate visual depth strengthens the message. The Color version brings that richness automatically, while the Regular and Light options work when you want the letterforms without the ornamental detail. This flexibility means you can adapt the same font to different project needs without hunting for alternatives.

One practical note: Cricut doesn't support color fonts, so if you use that platform, Silhouette or desktop software would be your better route. Grab Itze from Creative Fabrica and add designs that carry genuine cultural specificity to your work.
