About Dealerplate California Font
Dealerplate is an authentic collection of North American license plate typefaces, rebuilt from real embossed designs across 17 U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Each style preserves the regional quirks of its source; from Californias relaxed spacing to Michigans industrial grit, refined for modern use with balanced proportions and softened edges that mimic stamped metal. Turning off kerning recreates the original plate feel, while optional features include Greek, Cyrillic, fractions, and symbols for added flexibility. Ideal for film, automotive branding, packaging, or editorial work, Dealerplate captures genuine highway character with professional precision.
