The hand lettered title card from the 1936 comedy short from Educational Films entitled “Wacky Family” (starring Tim Ryan- and Irene Nobelette) was done in a playful, casual bit of novelty lettering.

This now available digitally as Comedy Time JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

For trivia buffs, Irene Nobelette was actually married to Tim Ryan - and as Irene Ryan she’s best remembered as Granny from “The Beverly Hillbillies”.
