Color Scratches, created by rulihoki studio, brings the warmth of hand-drawn illustration into your digital work. The typeface feels genuinely sketchy and playful, with letterforms that look like they've been drawn with colored markers or chalk rather than carefully constructed through precise geometric shapes. Each character carries that loose, energetic quality that makes a design feel human-made and authentic rather than robotic or overly polished.

This font shines in contexts where authenticity and genuine playfulness matter. Children's book covers benefit immediately from its sketchy charm, as do playful restaurant chalkboard menus, handmade greeting card designs, and DIY craft signage where you want your work to feel personal and intentional. The texture also works remarkably well for game asset labels, doodle-style packaging, and product labels that need to stand out on the shelf with real personality. As an OpenType-SVG color font, it displays in full color in Photoshop, Illustrator, Silhouette, and Inkscape, though the OTF and TTF file formats don't work with Cricut machines.

Color Scratches is best suited for creatives designing projects aimed at children or anyone wanting that authentic, hand-crafted aesthetic without compromise. You can find it on Creative Fabrica and add this distinctive font to your growing collection.
